Systemic Design Analyst

Callan is driven by a strong curiosity about what shapes systems, behaviours, and experiences. She enjoys making complex information clear and actionable to help organisations uncover underlying patterns and operate with intention amidst uncertainty.

Callan studied Design and Philosophy at the University of Sydney, where her major project addressed the loneliness epidemic through a cross-sector feminocentric social enterprise model grounded in intergenerational practice and natural cycles which drew on the philosophy of rituals and group participation. Her professional experience spans strategic design, research, and communications, most recently contributing to projects in aged care and health innovation.

Callan has also spent over six years leading and teaching in a national youth development organisation (The Australian Air Force Cadets). There, she built her capabilities in group facilitation and learning design alongside practical skills in fieldcraft and adventure training.
