Murray is a co-founder and principal systemic designer at Snowmelt. His interest in systemic design and passion for strategy comes from lived experience in organisations grappling with complex, interconnected challenges without the tools to do so. He loves using systemic design with focused teams to identify, triage, and engage with opportunities of all scales.

His strategic approach is informed by an array of roles spanning strategy, product management, innovation and technology delivery across consultancy, financial services and startup partnerships. His nuanced understanding of the ever-evolving business landscape is enriched by his familiarity with emerging technologies and their profound implications for organisations.

Murray sees systemic design as a uniquely powerful disposition and toolset to engage with and take (some!) control of these challenges; and beyond Snowmelt uses it as a coach and mentor for programs at Climate-KIC Australia (a not-for-profit organisation committed to fostering climate innovation) and emerging entrepreneurs at Startmate (the epicentre for startup ambition across Australia and New Zealand).
